Alpha Legends is intended for users age 13 and older.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 13, we may remove the account and related personal information.

Users are responsible for their own accounts.

You agree not to:

• Share your password
• Use someone else’s account
• Create accounts to impersonate others
• Create accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse website features
• Submit false, harmful, or misleading information

Alpha Legends may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms or the Community Rules.

Users may be able to submit profiles, comments, votes, server listings, creator listings, images, links, or other community content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It does not contain private personal information
• It does not contain illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, or inappropriate material
• It follows the Community Rules

You keep ownership of your own content, but you give Alpha Legends permission to display, organize, moderate, edit formatting, remove, or promote that content on the website.

Some information may be publicly visible, including usernames, profile names, Minecraft usernames, submitted content, votes, rankings, comments, server listings, creator listings, and other community activity.

Do not post private information publicly.

Voting, ranking, and leaderboard features are meant to be fair and community-driven.

Users may not:

• Use bots or automated voting tools
• Create alternate accounts to manipulate rankings
• Buy, sell, trade, or fake votes
• Harass others for votes
• Abuse bugs or loopholes
• Manipulate listings, rankings, or visibility

Alpha Legends may remove suspicious votes, reset rankings, restrict accounts, or remove listings when abuse is detected.

Alpha Legends may review, edit, hide, remove, or reject content at any time if it violates these terms, the Community Rules, or the safety of the community.

Moderation actions may include:

• Content removal
• Warning
• Temporary restriction
• Account suspension
• Account deletion
• Listing removal
• Vote removal
• Ban from website features

Moderation decisions are handled by MerkLikeMark and approved site moderators.

Users can report content, users, listings, profiles, or suspicious activity using the website report form.

False reports, spam reports, or abuse of the report system may result in account restrictions.

Users may request account deletion, profile updates, or removal of personal information by using the account data request page or by contact MerkLikeMark through the official Alpha Legends Discord or website contact form.

Some records may be retained if needed for safety, abuse prevention, moderation history, legal compliance, backups, or security.

Alpha Legends may link to Minecraft servers, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, maps, creator pages, or other third-party websites.

Alpha Legends is not responsible for third-party websites, content, privacy practices, accounts, purchases, bans, or community issues outside of Alpha Legends.

Alpha Legends is an unofficial Minecraft community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

Minecraft names, assets, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Alpha Legends may change, update, pause, remove, or discontinue website features at any time.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or permanent availability of any feature, account, listing, ranking, or content.

Use Alpha Legends at your own discretion.

Alpha Legends is not responsible for user-submitted content, third-party links, external communities, server downtime, lost progress, account issues on other platforms, or interactions outside the website.

These Terms of Service may be updated as Alpha Legends grows or features change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
